This curated craft experience will bring you on a journey of aging your own 5 gallon barrel of whiskey, brandy or agave spirit in our distillery. Work along side owner and head distiller Nicholas Hammond in choosing from on of our house mash bills, the distilling process and determining when your barrel is ready! Schedule appointments to sample your barrel to make personal tasting notes and bring a taster home! Your barrel will be on display in our tasting room with. custom copper name plate. The average barrel yields roughly 28 bottles, depending on how many samples you take home, you can choose to bottle your spirits with a custom label.

Can I purchase multiple tumblers at one time?
Absolutely! However we can only offer one free cocktail, in one tumbler, for one person at the time of purchase. 21+ to drink!
Can I order to-go cocktail off the menu that are not draft or slushie in my tumbler and receive 50% off?
The Exchange Program exclusively applies to draft cocktail and slushies. You can order a different cocktail in your tumbler to-go, but you will not receive the discount. Happy drinking!

How does it work?
Every month, we choose a local non profit or organization & Give Back.
Our bar team creates a “Give Back Cocktail” of the month curated around the organization we are supporting.
50% of the sales from our Give Back Cocktail for that month is then donated to the non profit we are focusing our efforts towards.
