Golden Sunset Barrel Rested Gin

We are very excited about our Barrel Rested Gin! We double collaborated with the Seabird Resort in Oceanside and local artist, Erik Abel for the label artwork design. Distilled from strong flavors of juniper, lavender and citrus, our Golden Sunset Gin is rested in our ex-Triticale Bourbon barrels for 4 months. This allows the gin to breathe, allowing the flavor to relax, gaining hints of bourbon complexity and barrel sugar notes.
Tasting Notes: Strong complex nose, juniper forward nose with a subtle hint of lavender to balance it out and leaves you with a soft wood sugar, vanilla and butterscotch finish.
