Your favorite PCS Rye whiskey, but better! We took our classic White Rye and aged it for almost 2 years, developing bolder flavor with a lemon, peppery kick. It’s mashed with 60% Rye and 40% Golden Promise Malted Barley, and “rested” in new American Oak Char #3 barrels. It’s been a long term goal to bring our rye into our aged spirits category, and with a little patience we hit our mark!
Tasting Notes: Ripe tropical on the nose with a sweet/spice balanced taste and finishes with a pepper and vanilla.
