We have a unique opportunity to explore the boundaries between beverage and cuisine. 

THE BOUNTY

Being an integral part of a community should always be a main focus of a restaurant and this is true to the core of our ethos. The restaurant and distillery will be working hand in hand to source local ingredients and sustain local family farms. Spent grains from distilling will be sent to California ranches to feed the livestock that will supply the restaurant. We use spent corn mash from our California bourbon to make grits and cornbread. We cure meats and preserving foods is another way to use every part of an animal or to make sure that no vegetables from the seasons harvest goes to waste. Social, sustainable food in a family friendly atmosphere is the aim of our business and is what drives us every day. We are a destination for seekers of true local craft.
