Enjoy this one-of-a-kind, exclusive adventure. This curated craft experience allows you to age your own personal 5-gallon barrel of Whiskey, Brandy or Agave Spirit in our distillery! You are invited to work alongside our Head Distiller, Nicholas Hammond, to create your personal spirit that will be on display in our Tasting Room and determine when your barrel is ready to be bottled & enjoyed.
Our Process
- First, we schedule a consultation with our Owner/Head Distiller, Nicholas Hammond, in person at our Distillery. During this personalized consultation, Nicholas will take you on a tour, explaining our distilling process and showcasing the raw ingredients that go into our unique mash bills. You'll also delve into the fascinating topics of aging, angel share, and tasting notes. Of course, we'll also treat you to a few samples!
- Next we'll discuss your preferences and available mash bills from our selection.
- During the aging process, you're welcome to schedule tasting sessions. You will be personally guided through each session, helping you refine and develop your desired tasting notes.
- Depending on factors like: the number of tasting sessions, time in the barrel, and angel share, you'll have the opportunity to bottle up to 28 bottles of your very own spirit, each holding 750ml!
