Our award winning Agave Anejo is a top shelf spirit that is produced from 100% Blue Weber Agave. Grown and sourced from Jalisco, Mexico. Aged for 2 years in our ex-Bourbon barrels. Born out of the same provenance as our renowned Blanco and Reposado Agave Spirit, generally known as “Tequila”. It has a deeper accent than our Reposado. For those who love to explore traditional Mexican flavors with an adventurous twist, Agave Spirit Anejo is perfect.
The agave undergoes cooking in traditional ovens before it is juiced and packaged for delivery right to our door. Next, the extracted nectar of these pina’s undergoes fermentation and distillation, resulting in an incredibly flavorful spirit sure to satisfy the palate of any tequila enthusiast.
Tasting Notes: Deep maple, caramel and wood sugar from the barrel with a toasted butterscotch taste and lingering sweet vanilla smooth finish.
